Observation Task

Dear students

The observation format in already and the copy center in Medicine. The format has the instruction that you must follow. Nevertheless, here they are again.

OBSERVATION INSTRUMENT Instruction:  In order to complete this format, first, you need to read careful and analyze all the aspects (criteria) presented below.  During the observation you will not write on this format but on a blank piece of paper where you will explain in DETAIL ALL THE EVENTS that take place in the classroom (related to the aspects below or more if you consider it to be relevant information).  Afterwards, you will analyze the field notes from your observation and start completing this format. Evidence is very important this is why your observation needs to be written step by step. 1.  Draw a map of the classroom 2.  Write your field notes of the observation on a blank piece of paper (IN DETAIL) 3.  Complete this format checking your observation and present your comments based the evidence.(this will be done in class) IMPORTANT: You will need to bring field notes of the observation for the next class. (no exception) The completion of the format will be done in class
